Jan Kiszka 635b1023a1 Declare proxy_config obsolete
Since 7b18e5ec3b, which was released with 0.19.0, proxy_config has no
effect anymore. No one seems to have missed it, likely because setting
the proxies via the config file was a mistake anyway. The environment
variables are the proper way.

Declare these config entries officially obsolete and warn if they still
hang around in some legacy config. We will drop them from the schema in
one of the next releases.

This tool provides an easy mechanism to setup bitbake based
projects.

The OpenEmbedded tooling support starts at step 2 with bitbake. The
downloading of sources and then configuration has to be done by
hand. Usually, this is explained in a README. Instead kas is using a
project configuration file and does the download and configuration
phase.

Key features provided by the build tool:

- clone and checkout bitbake layers
- create default bitbake settings (machine, arch, ...)
- launch minimal build environment, reducing risk of host contamination
- initiate bitbake build process

See the `kas documentation <https://kas.readthedocs.io>`_ for further details.
