Dockerfile.isar: Silence chatty sbuild-adduser

Unfortunately, just filtering stdout is not sufficient because this tool
also improperly uses stderr for printing

  cp /usr/share/doc/sbuild/examples/example.sbuildrc /builder/.sbuildrc

But we can assume all will be fine with it in our environment.
